Do not bet on prohibited favorites. Use this simple rule. Make -120 your shutoff point.
Limit yourself to one or two good plays per day.
Pitching is everything! Don't be afraid to chart pitchers. Pitchers are much like horses, they fall in and out of form.
You want to chart teams bullpens. There is money to be made going against teams who lose leads late in the game.
A tired , over used bullpen can also makes for a good "OVER" play if you wager on totals.

Again, like the race horse who runs better on certain tracks, pitchers have a comfort zone pitching in certain parks, and vs certain teams.
Pitching against a team in back to back starts. If a pitcher pitches well vs a team this week, and pitches vs the same team in his next start, expect different results.
If he pitched badly in first encounter, look for him to have success in rematch.
